Lamorna Ash is the author of ‘Dark Salt Clear: Life in a Cornish Fishing Town’, which won the Somerset Maugham Award 2021 and was shortlisted for the Wainwright Prize 2020. She is a columnist for the New Statesman and writes freelance for The Guardian and Times Literary Supplement. She is an assistant editor at Weatherglass Books. She’s currently writing her second book, about the contemporary landscape of Christianity in Britain.
